He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Farley and Nellie Farley (Siemsen). He is survived by: his wife Janice Meadows of Mount Prospect; and his children, Susan Allen (Thomas) of Peoria and David Farley (Barbara) of Carol Stream. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his five siblings.
