We are sad to announce that, on September 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to John Joseph Smith of Mount Prospect, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Helen Smith; and his sister Betty Ann Meyer (Hank). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kelley Dettloff (Amar), Jeanine Stantesly, Kristine Wise (Roger) and Thomas Smith; his grandchildren, Joseph, Abigail, Brooke, Lauren, Mason and Thomas; and his brothers, William Smith (Pat) and Robert Smith (Mary Pat). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
