It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Blount of Mount Prospect, Illinois, born in Henry, Tennessee, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Leniol and Ruby Marie Blount (Wimberley); his wife Edith Davis; his daughter Laura Odum (Patrick); and his grandson Joshua Odum. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
