He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sheehan and Marie Sheehan; and his siblings, Charles Sheehan (Jackie), Thomas Sheehan (Sandy), Mary Frances King, James Sheehan and Michael Sheehan (Sue).
He is survived by: his children, Megan Cordes (Tim), Bob Sheehan and Dan Sheehan (Laura); his granddaughters, Ruthie and Ellie; and his siblings, Patricia Moran (late Patrick), Richard Sheehan (Debra) and Jeanine Sheehan. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM at the Foran Funeral Home - Summit (7300 W Archer Ave, Summit, IL 60501). A prayer was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 8:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Emily Church (1400 E Central Rd #102, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
