She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zukorski and Mae Zukorski; and her husband Edward "Ed" G. Oswald. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Bellair (Bill), Jody Voelker (Don), Kelly Polniak (Vince) and John Oswald (Gail); her grandchildren, Jeff, Nick, Brian (Lexi), Brooke, Lauren Bellair, Matthew, Anne Norrod (Nate), Kenneth (Donna), Edward, Daniel, Elizabeth Voelker, Martin, Veronica Polniak, Jesse and Jake Oswald; and her siblings, Dorothy Blaszak (Robert), Arlene Formella (Robert) and Jean Van Acker (Charlie).
