He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Paul Dzulynsky and Stephania Prychytko; and his siblings, Lesia Gula (late Stephan) and Bohdan. He is survived by: his spouse Iryna Dzulynsky; his children, Andrew Dzulynsky (Michelle), Lydia Weyneth (Bryan) and Mark Dzulynsky (Irena); his grandchildren, Alec, Andrea, Christian Weyneth, Aurelienne Dzulynsky, Mark, Sophia and Andrew Dzulynsky (Jazmin); his great grandchild Ellis Dzulynsky; and his siblings, Orest Dzulynsky (Tania) and Myrosia Lada (late Bohdan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
