She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ellsworth and Marian Ellsworth. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Ellsworth (Danuta), Patrick Ellsworth and Anne Ellsworth (Marek Wierzba); her niece Olivia Ellsworth; and her nephew Alex Wierzba. She is also survived by many loving friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions will be applied towards the purchase of a park bench at a playground in memory of Mimi. Or contributions can be made to a local charity focused on children in need, Cradles for Crayons.
