It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Ann Grahn of Mount Prospect, Illinois, born in Park Ridge, Illinois, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her aunts and uncles, Mike, Carole Brogan, Wally and Nancy Blase. She is survived by: her parents, Ray Grahn and Mary Grahn; her siblings, Kelly Grahn, Colleen Grahn-Gerlach, Richard Gerlach, Meggan Grahn and Bridgett Grahn; and her siblings' children, Zachary, Mackenzie Killam, Natalie, RJ Gerlach and Halloween.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Emily Catholic Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michelle's name to The Buddy Foundation (https://www.thebuddyfoundation.org), an organization that reflects her love for animals.
