He was predeceased by: his parents, Damiel S. Kuklewicz and Patricia Kuklewicz; his uncle Raymond J. Godzicki; and his aunt Mary. He is survived by: his sister Catherine A. Foster (Mark); his sibling's children, Gretchen and James Foster; his uncle Kermit J. Hayes; and his aunt Susan.
