He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blim and Marylin Blim. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jeff, Chris and Erin; and his siblings, Michael (Don), John (Anne), Tom (Susie) and Susan DelMuro (Tony).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark Lutheran Church (200 S Wille St, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 S. Wille, Mount Prospect or to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago.
