He was predeceased by: his father Jack Swan (Jack); and his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher and Michael; his daughters-in-law, Laurie and Sarah; his grandchildren, Caroline, Charlotte, Nathan and Addison; his siblings, Matt and Elizabeth Carlson; his niece Faith Carlson; his nephew Adam Carlson (Kirsten); his sister-in-law Judy Santacaterina; Geraldine Swan. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
