He is survived by: his brother Henry David (late Bill); his wife Marlene David; his daughter Denise Wallen (Greg); his grandchildren, Janel Herum (Jack), Angela Kring (Killian), Taylor Wallen and April Wallen; his great grandchild Hunter Rae Herum; and his pet Tomar.
