It is with sadness that the passing of Thomas W. Uddenberg (Mount Prospect, Illinois) is shared. Thomas, born on June 28, 1936, passed away on August 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Thomas will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Thomas is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Thomas’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Margaret (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Diane, Karen (Tom), Susan (Edward) and David (Laurie); and his brother Terry (Ruth). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mark Lutheran Church (200 S Wille St, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ridgewood Memorial Park (9900 N Milwaukee Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
The family requests that any charitable donations be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church at 200 S Willie St. Mt. Prospect, IL 60056 where Tom was a faithful member for over 50 years.
