He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Glenn and Rosellen Grist Howard; and his brothers, Jesse Howard and Ronald Howard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard of Mt. Sterling; and his sister Rosemary Smith of Bowling Green.
