She is survived by: her husband Harry Lee "Butch" Crook of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; her children, Carrie Henson (Randy) of Winchester and Stephen Koyne of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; her stepsons, Keith Crook of Rushville and Paul Crook (Tiffany) of Alsey, Illinois.; her grandsons, Josh Henson of Divernan and Kurtis Hensen of Virden, Illinois.; and her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Quinn (Javen) of Texas, Gracelynn Crook of Rushville and Nathaniel Crook of Rushville.
