She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Claude and Mary Viona Passmore Branscum; her husband Lyle Dean Bullard; and her siblings, Noah and Ruby Trammell.

She is survived by : her children, Randy Bullard of Mt. Sterling and Sharon Crum (Guy) of Perry; her grandchildren, Heather Crum of Perry, IL, Brady Bullard of Yuma, AZ and Beth Massey (Josh) of Hannibal, MO; her great grandchildren, Josiah, Zohn, Silas, Samuel Crum, Brooklyn Gipson, Willow Bullard, Klementine, Joshua Massey, Bella and David Veiyra; and her siblings, Wilma Clinard and Dorvil Branscum (Sheila). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
