He was predeceased by : his mother Shari Diane Brown Volk. He is survived by : his father Daniel Louis; his sons, Brandon and Landon Volk; his former life partners, Stacey Volk of Mt. Sterling and Michelle Volk of Mt. Sterling; his sisters, Kari Terry (Brian) of Mt. Sterling, Dani Perry of Frederick and Ryan Volk (Chinny) of Meredosia; his family, Tasha, Jax, Jayda, Jensen, Joel, Kristen, Kylie and Leighton; and his sons, Emmett of Mt. Sterling, Trey of Frederick, McKenzee of Frederick and Bo Perry of Frederick.

Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Sterling Catholic Cemetery.
