He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Peter and Wilma Elizabeth Ham Parker; his wife Sharon Rose Lee Trone; and his siblings, Robert Parker, James Parker, Lewis Alan Parker and Marilyn Akright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Parker of Liberty and Cindy Shoopman (Ed) of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Scott Parker of Kellerville and Megan Flowers (Trent) of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; his great grandchild Kinah Rose Shoopman; and his siblings, David Parker (Patty) of Versailles, Illinois. and Nancy Diane Trammel (Jerry) of Green Valley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and his five beloved cats.
