He is survived by: his wife Nellie Marie Elliott; his sister Betty Worman (Bob); his stepchildren, Nugget Henry and Scarlet Mears; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Pavey (David), Michelle and J. T.. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
