She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Yeakey and Zelma Yeakey (Mowen); her husband Forrest Lozell McDowell; her children, Forrest Eugene McDowell and Norma; her son-in-law Freddie Janssen; her grandson Bradley Dean Janssen; her great grandchild Garrett Dean Sprenger; and her siblings, Henrietta Milliron, Harold and Norman Yeakey.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Lori Ann Sprenger of Atlanta, GA; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Oldenburg (Andy) of Columbia, MO and Taylor Cottrell (John III) of Clarksville, MO..
