He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fowler and Norma Fowler (Sinks); his wife Debbie Fowler (Anderson); and his brother Timothy Fowler. He is survived by: his children, John Fowler of Mount Vernon, Scott Fowler of Mount Vernon and Crystal McKenzie (Kathleen) of Waltonville; and his sisters, Starr Lahey of Mississippi and Paula Murphy of Colorado. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
