She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy C. Watts and Ruby Watts (Fryar); and her brother Philip Watts. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Justice (Torie) and Veronica Justice; her grandchildren, Adrian, Amari, Amias and Oswald; and her sister Diana Gonzales. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
