He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Miller and Joan C. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Miller of Lawton; his sister Karen Hansen of Granite City; his children, C. David Miller Jr. (Tamara) of Lawton, OK, William S. Miller (Angie) of Lawton, OK and Carolyn E. Johnson (Justin) of Lawton, OK; and his grandchildren, David'Anthony', Nathan, Caitlyn, Christin, Ashlynn, Abigail and Abraham. He is also survived by seven nieces, six nephews, four great-nieces, and two great-nephews.
