He was predeceased by: his parents, Philoman Glen Harlan and Edith Ellen Harlan (Marlow); his brothers, Jim Harlan and William Harlan (Bud); his mother-in-law Sandra Winnett; and his niece Ellen Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Harlan of Mt. Vernon, IL; his siblings, Jack Harlan (JoAnna) of West Frankfort, IL, Gary Harlan (Donna) of West Frankfort, IL and Sharon Bartlett of California; his father-in-law Jim Winnett of Casey, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Tami Fritts (Kerry) of Greenup, IL and Kris Spraker (Butch) of Casey, IL. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harmony Cemetery.
