It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E Todd of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles E Todd to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Todd and Dolores Todd (Nichols). He is survived by : his siblings, Cindy Todd Moisan (Patrick) of Salem, Illinois and Craig A. Todd (Sherilyn) of Saint Charles, Missouri; his nephew Jeffrey Moisan (Nerissa); his nieces, Allyson Moisan of Salem and Caitlyn Sanders of St. Petersburg, Florida; and his great-niece Elenora Moisan of Naperville, Illinois..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Charles' honor to the Todd Family in care of Hughey Funeral Home.
