He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Vernell and Bonnie Bernadine Caldwell (Bigham); and his brother-in-law Brian Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Traci Caldwell (Edwards); his sisters, Marilyn Sue Stevens (J. R.) and Jayne Simpkins; his parents-in-law, Fred and Kitty Edwards; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Edwards (Kim), Kevin Edwards (Tricia) and Daryn Edwards (Emma). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Curt's honor to American Cancer Society or the Midwest Dachshund Rescue.
