He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harry and Janice P. Ward (Berry); and his brothers, Steve Ward and Wade Ward. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ward; his son David Allen Ward (Ashley Waller); his stepchildren, Curtis Joe Mark Scott and Trina Marie Scott; his brother Jeff Ward; his aunt Vicky (Terry); and his close friends, Donnie Boothman and Jeff Hickey.
Memorials may be made in David's honor to Andereck McClelland Cemetery and will be accepted for his family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
