He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bailey and Alberta Bailey (Austin); his brother Owen Bailey; and his brother-in-law Calvin Estes. He is survived by: his wife Jane Bailey (Estes); his children, Mark Bailey of Dix, IL, Debbie Richardson (Quint) of Mount Vernon, IL and Randy Bailey (Chelsea) of Mount Vernon, IL; his grandson Branden Bailey (Preston Ward) of Centralia, IL; his children, Kaci Smart (Andrew) of Indianapolis, IN, Kelsey Shelton, Dustin Shelton of Marion, IL, Olivia Bailey of St. Louis, MO, Madison Bailey of Mount Vernon, IL, Kylee Halbin of Mount Vernon, IL, Cayce Blaise (Alex) of Murphysboro, IL and TJ Halbin (Ashley) of Mount Vernon, IL; his great grandchildren, Oliver Smart, Jameson Shelton, Brooks Blaise, Treaven, Jerikhai and Ktai Halbin; and his sister-in-law Sue Garner (Bud) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
