He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bolerjack and Aletha Opal Puckett (Hanks); his wife Betty H. Bolerjack (Brown); and his grandson Jason Bolerjack. He is survived by: his children, Terry Bolerjack (Jeanie) of Leawood, Tom Bolerjack (Marybeth) of Austin, Julie Chapman (John) of Palatine and Rob Bolerjack of Mount Vernon; and his grandchildren, Ted Bolerjack (Danielle), Melissa Newman (Brian), Christine Bolerjack, Steven Pardo (Amy), Jonathan Pardo (Cara), James Chapman, Katie Chapman and Rachel Burk (Jordan). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Edward 's honor to the Alzheimer's Association or the local YMCA.
