He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Baltzell and Florence Baltzell (Gullick); his wife Sharon Kay Latta; and his granddaughter Sarah Foster Roeder. He is survived by: his son Michael Baltzell (Jessie) of O'Fallon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Mariah Goewert (Max) and Tyler Baltzell; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Eleanor Goewert; his children, Suez Foster, Kim Bang and Kent Hails; and his brothers, Delbert Baltzell (Debbie), Jesse Baltzell and Gene Baltzell. He is also survived by grandchildren; 4 bonus great-grandchildren.
