He was predeceased by: his sister Marcusdine Wills (Downey); and his daughter Consider Sanders. He is survived by: his brother Paul Downey; and his children, Hubie Downey, Jr. (Carolynn) and April Disroe (Darryl). He is also survived by grandchildren; and thirteen (13) great grandchildren.
