He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivan McPhail and Betty McPhail; his daughter Jesse McPhail; his siblings, Jack, Joe, Jerry Mcphail and Judy Krietemeyer; his wife Ronna; and his grandson Tyler Maxfield. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
