He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milton and Delois Louise Metcalf (Tandy); and his brothers, Michael Metcalf and Mark Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Metcalf (Smith); and his brother Donald Metcalf. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
