She is survived by: her significant other Keith Hampton of Mount Vernon; her children, Kurt Patrick Smith (Felicia) of Baxter, Tennessee and Dawn Ann Smith of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Farmer (Samantha) of Symria and Tristan Smith of Louisville, Kentucky; her great grandchild Finn Farmer; and her siblings, Joseph Eugene Grove (Judy) of Watertown, Walter Grove of Chicago, Illinois, Maria Hardt of Homer Glen, Sandy Lee of Minnesota, Dorothy Demetzensky of Chicago, Linda Grove of Terra Haute, Mary Jane Waters (John) of Effingham, Francie Rahe of Effingham and Nancy Wilson of Watson, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
