He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arlin and Verla Cleo Boles (Satterfield); his wife Patricia Lynn Boles (Bays); and his siblings, Helen Nadine Tedford and Gary Boles.
He is survived by: his children, James Arlin Boles (Emily) of Mechanicsburg and Tammy Dawn Sartor (Adam) of Ewing, Illinois; his grandchildren, David William Boles, Ava Hayden Boles, Iris Lynn Ann Boles, Lydia Grace Sartor and Leah Dawn Sartor; his sister-in-law Dorothy Boles; and his pet Cash Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hughey Funeral Home (1314 Main St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Larry's honor to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
