We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2025, at the age of 89, Len Leon Palmer of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Len Leon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Palmer and Josephine Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Jo Palmer (Francis); and his sons, Michael Palmer (Sonya) of Mount Vernon, IL and Roger Palmer (Rorie) of Mount Vernon, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
