She was predeceased by : her parents, Cottrell Richardson and Edna Richardson (Eggleston). She is survived by : her son Michael Young (Brittney Noward) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Michael Young, Jr. of Mount Vernon, Austin Young of Mount Vernon, Brynlee Keen of Mount Vernon and Bryton Noward of Mount Vernon; and her siblings, Michael Rush of Springfield, Cottrell Richardson, Jr. of Mount Vernon and Marion Hart of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Linda's honor to the Young Family, in care of Michael Young.
