She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland O. Bayne and Ethel L. Uselton. She is survived by: her siblings, Joy and Ernie; her caregiver Wayne; her daughter Cynthia; her son-in-law Terry; her brothers, Leland and Joe; and her children, David (Maxine Bowden), Dan (Helen Bowden), Doug (Barbie Bowden) and Terry (Cynthia Hofferth). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and their spouses; and her eighteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to support Alzheimer's disease research and treatment.
