She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Birkhimer and Laura Birkhimer (Oliver); her husband Robert H. Wiggins; and her siblings, Norman Birkhimer and Helen Dulaney.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Odle of Mount Vernon, Rebecca Clemens (Tom Givens) of Mount Vernon, Don Wiggins (Starr) of Mount Vernon, David Wiggins (Catherine) of Anoka, Darrell Wiggins (Teri) of Mount Vernon and Daniel Wiggins of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Melissa Newell (Patrick), Mike Clemens, Kari Joseph (Justin), John Wiggins (Samantha), Josh Wiggins (Hannah), Jake Feather (Kate), Whitney Degenhart (Matt), Justin Wiggins (Sara) and Mark Wiggins (Tristan); her great grandchildren, Dylan Visser, Jasmine Hernandez, Jessica Clemens, Alex, Madison Joseph, Owen Feather, Ben Feather, Reed Feather, Cooper Degenhart, Addie Degenhart, Gus Wiggins, Nora Wiggins, Tessa Wiggins, Tate Wiggins, Graham Wiggins, Julian Wiggins and Andriana Wiggins; and her great great grandchildren, Embree Visser, Jade Irvin and Rayden Irvin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
