It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Darlene Franscavitch of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William "Bill" Bakel and Clara Abc Bakel (Hook); her husband Albert John Franscavitch; her daughters, Anna Maria Minowitz (Steven) of Warson Woods, MO, Mary Joanna Franscavitch of Mt. Vernon and Patricia Elaine Franscavitch Tussey (Chester "Chet") of St. Louis, MO.; her grandsons, Michael Franscavitch Minowitz (Maria Danielle Sasso) and Mark William Minowitz of Richmond Heights, MO.; her sister Billie Munie (George) of Venedy, IL.; and her sisters-in-law, Freda Hurst of Fort Myers, FL and Patricia Holston of Nashville, IL.. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
