He is survived by: his parents, Garland L. Sheff II and Monda Sheff (Ashby); his children, Haley and Dean Sheff; his grandson Jaxon; his sisters, Jennifer Harrington and Jodi Sheff; and his pet Scrappy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
