It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Nelson Cochrane of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Ewing, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Cochrane; his wife Leona Cochrane (Groves); and his brother Neal Cochrane. He is survived by : his friend Diane Trotter (Ron) of Sahuarita; and his cousin Betty Sinks of Benton, Illinois..
