She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shelton and Delsie Shelton; and her brothers, Michael Shelton and Nelson Poole. She is survived by: her husband Steve Moutray; her children, Ashley Scott (Scotty), Tammy Pitchford and Chad Moutray (Robin); and her siblings, Connie Poole, Donna Padget, Anita Mathias and Richard Moutray (Rose). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Nancy's honor to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
