She was predeceased by: her parents, Gnell Smith and Mildred Smith (Wilson); her daughter Melanie Walters; and her brother Monte Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Skinner (Ronald); her grandchildren, Kacci Ratliff (Joshua) and Kyndall Skinner; and her brother Gale Smith. She is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren.
