She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence T. Austin and Reba Opal Austin (Burgess); her husband George Eugene Puckett, Sr.; her daughter Cindy Shelton; and her great grandchild Esther Jimmalou Cunning.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Hann of Mount Vernon, George Puckett, Jr. of Mount Vernon, Rita Bula (Matt) of Terre Haute, Thomas Puckett (Charlene) of Chicago Heights and Karen Willis (Toby) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Eric Shelton (Amber), Erin Robinson (Rob), Jennifer Lane (Scott), Sarah Corbett (Dave), Tiffany Cunning, Jessica Bula, Austin, Joshua Bula, Michael Karpik (Sandra), Angela Thurston (Steve), Justin Puckett (Denise), Bob Willis, Sophie, Colten Willis and Autumn; and her siblings, Owen Austin of Mount Vernon, Cheryl Marlow of Mount Vernon and Marla Austin of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
