Roberta leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Roberta’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Roberta will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Katy Mink and Robert Mink. She is survived by: her sisters, Peggy, Katherine and Edna; her husband Jimmie Watson; her son Jim Watson (Michelle); and her grandsons, Ethan Watson, Joshua Watson (Maria) and Caleb Watson.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the East Salem Cemetery (16600 N Rockford Ln, Mt Vernon, IL 62864).
