He is survived by : his siblings, Eddie Henson, Marie Garner and Brenda Atchison (Jim); his son Jarrod Henson; his nieces, Angel Rector and Brandi Witzel; and his close friends, Carolyn Patterson-Overturf and Oscar.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hughey Funeral Home (1314 Main St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made in Ronnie's honor to the Henson family, in care of Marie Garner.
