She is survived by: her sons, Michael Wayne Applegate, Anthony Dwayne Applegate, Matthew Eugene Applegate, Bradley Andrew Applegate and Jason Wade Applegate; her grandchildren, Blayne Applegate-Riley, Parker Applegate, Austin Applegate, Dylan Applegate, Emma Applegate, Kevin Applegate, Lilly Applegate, Bradley Applegate, Chase Applegate, Abigail Applegate, Lucas Applegate, Nicholas Applegate and Natalie Applegate; and her siblings, Jan Wehlgemuth and Leroy Overturf (Caroline).
