She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burnett and Elsie Burnett; her siblings, Glenn, Donald, Jim, Leonard, George, Bill, Patty, Norma, Betty, Carol and Lucille (Cleatis Snow); her daughter-in-law Twila Snow; her granddaughter Twanna; and her great grandchild Duane.

Vernon, IL, Rhonda Yeager (Frank) of Cynthiana, KY, Cleatis Jr., Charles, Steven (Renee) and Todd (Peter Cook) of Quincy, IL.; her grandchildren, Rob Hulbert (Stacy), Christie Hawkins (Trymon), Jeremy Boone (Erica) of Effingham, Holli Hodge (Tim), Jacob Boone (Desiree) of Hermitage, TN, Bethanie Snow Gooden, Stephanie Reynolds (Charlie) of Berry, KY, Ivy Napier (Erica) of Georgetown, KY, Lance Yeager of Cythiana, KY, Bryan Snow, Tiffany Snow, Sonny T Snow, Kenny Ray Snow, Brandon Snow, Jessica Baron, Travis Snow (Amber) of Tennyson, IN, Crystal Wilson, Emily Snow, Blake Snow (Kayla) of Nason, IL, Taylor Martin (Mitch) of Salem, IL and Ella Capps; her niece Ann Barciszewski; her siblings, Donna Burnett and Robert Burnett of Benton; her caregivers, Sissy, Debbie, Shirley and Jamie Taylor; Toby and Peggy York.
