He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid Starkey and Dorothy Starkey (Parker); and his sister Cynthia Lehman. He is survived by: his nephews, Lance Lehman (Jennifer) of Mount Vernon, Andy Lehman (Kim) of Tennessee and Jonathan Lehman (Kristina) of Mount Vernon; and his brother-in-law Dennis Lehman of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by several great-nieces and one great-nephew.
